The Strange Paradox of Free Time and Restless Urgency

I have this feeling, and honestly, it’s been with me for about four years now. There’s this constant sense of urgency, like I need to get things done, but when I finally have free time, I just sit there, not doing anything. Maybe it’s puberty making everything more confusing, or maybe it’s just part of growing up. I get frustrated when I don’t have time, but when I do, I don’t know what to do with it.
