My Senior Cat Can’t See, But He’s Still a Loaf

So, my 18-year-old cat, Muffin, has been blind for years now. You’d think he’d slow down, but nope—he’s still the king of loafing in the weirdest spots. Today I found him perfectly bread-shaped on top of my laundry pile, purring like he owns the place (he does). Sometimes I wonder if he even knows he’s blind. He’ll just confidently march into a wall, shake it off, and then settle into a loaf like nothing happened. It’s honestly inspiring. Muffin doesn’t care about what he can’t do—he’s too busy being a cozy, judgmental little bread roll. If he can keep loafing through life’s curveballs, maybe I can too.
