Why Isn’t Meditation Mainstream? My Life Changed in Just One Month

I used to be super skeptical about meditation—honestly, I thought it was pointless. But a month ago, I gave Headspace a try, just to see what would happen. My mind was always racing, and I’d get so overwhelmed by trying to be perfect that I’d quit before I even started. Now, after just 15 minutes of meditation before bed, everything feels different.
