Anyone Else Struggling With Self-Image?

Lately, I've been feeling super self-conscious about how I look. I catch my reflection and barely recognize myself, and it's tough not having the money for things like plastic surgery. Sometimes it feels like I'm just fading into the background and nobody really sees me anymore. Does anyone else feel this way?
