Why Do Parents Think Nagging Works? 🤔

Every time I walk into the kitchen, my mom is there with another reminder: "Did you take out the trash yet?" or "Have you finished your homework?" It's like she has a sixth sense for unfinished chores. I know she means well, but sometimes it feels like I'm living in a never-ending loop of requests. The more she repeats herself, the more frustrated I get. I try to stay calm and give her the same answer each time, hoping she'll get the hint. But no matter what, the nagging just keeps coming.
