Here’s what works for me: • I notice when I’m spiraling—just admitting it helps! 😅 • Meditation is my go-to. Even 15 minutes makes a difference. • I get moving! A walk, swim, or even dancing in my room clears my mind. • Saying my thoughts out loud (even to my cat) gets them out of my head. • I write lists—what’s bugging me, what I can actually do, and what I need to let go. • I set a “worry time” so I’m not stressing all day. • New hobbies and being outside help me focus on NOW, not my worries. • And honestly?
