Finding Calm in the Midst of Overwhelming Anxiety

Lately, my anxiety has been at an all-time high. Today, I decided to pause and meditate for about 8 or 9 minutes. It’s wild how much better I feel now. The weather is beautiful, and I listened to the wind moving through the trees and the gentle sound of wind chimes. My mind drifted a few times, but I felt a kind of relief I can’t quite explain. I’m not spiritual or religious, but I feel lighter. The anxiety isn’t gone, but it’s less intense. Thank you so much to everyone who reached out and shared resources—it truly made my day better.
