It’s been a year since I deleted TikTok and a month without Instagram. Honestly, the change has been huge. My focus is sharper, I’m not stuck overthinking, and my body image has improved. No more endless doomscrolling—I’ve actually discovered parts of myself I never knew. Real relaxation finally makes sense to me now, and it’s so much better than mindless scrolling.
