I made a big mistake at work because I was promoted faster than them 😬

Ever get promoted and wish you could hit undo? That’s me right now. I’m a young woman, just a year into my marketing job，and suddenly I’m leading a team of people who’ve been here way longer than I have. Instead of support, I get side-eyes and whispers in the break room. Every meeting feels like walking on eggshells. No one wants to brainstorm with me, and even the smallest mistake gets magnified. I thought moving up would mean respect, but it feels more like I’m wearing a sign that says, "Blame me for everything." Has anyone else been thrown into the spotlight before you were ready? How do you earn trust when everyone thinks you don’t deserve the role?
