Ever find yourself lying in bed, mind racing, unable to sleep? 🙈 Yeah, me too. Overthinking at night is the worst, but I’ve found a few tricks that really help me chill out and finally get some rest. Here’s what works for me: • Deep breathing—inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat until I feel my body relax. 😮💨 • Meditation or guided meditations (there are tons online!) to clear my mind. • Progressive muscle relaxation—tense and release each muscle group, starting from my toes up. • Reading a book with dim lights until my eyes get heavy. • Jotting down a gratitude list or tomorrow’s to-dos to get worries out of my head. • If someone’s awake, I’ll talk it out—sometimes just being heard helps so much. ❤️ • And I always stick to a calming pre-bed routine: no screens, just quiet activities like tea, journaling, or a warm shower.
