Navigating the exit interview maze has me seriously twisted up. I just gave my two weeks’ notice at my tech job in Austin, and the real reason I’m leaving? My boss. She’s the queen of micromanagement, never had my back, and her condescending tone could make a cactus wilt. Now HR wants to know why I’m leaving, and I’m torn. Do I sugarcoat it and keep the peace, or do I finally let it all out in corporate speak? I don’t want to burn bridges, but I also feel like someone should know what’s really going on.
