Ever Wonder Why No Doctor in the ER?

Has anyone else gone to the ER and not seen an actual doctor? I always thought you’d get a doctor right away, but turns out, it’s not guaranteed. Sometimes you just see a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant. It’s kinda wild how the media doesn’t really talk about this much.
