I've spent the last few years working remotely, and honestly, it's been a blessing—especially since my vision has gotten worse. Now, driving after dark is a no-go, which makes the idea of returning to an office a bit terrifying. But here's my dilemma: I'm job hunting, and every listing seems to want someone who can pop into the office at any time. Do I mention my need for flexible hours right away, or do I wait until the second interview—or even after an offer?
