Here’s how I keep it real, even when it’s tough: • I ask myself WHY I’m tempted to lie—am I embarrassed, trying to impress, or just avoiding trouble? 🙈 • I try to own my actions. If I wouldn’t want to admit it, maybe I shouldn’t do it! • I stop comparing myself to others. I’m enough, and so are you. ❤️ • I focus on what people NEED to know, not just what I want to say. • I use “I” statements to keep honesty kind, not harsh. • I give myself a reality check—what am I proud of?
