Seeing it on paper helps! • I figure out if it’s something I can control, or if it’s just bad luck. • I brainstorm quick fixes, but also set realistic goals—no magic wands here! • When things get tough, I remind myself: I’ve handled stuff before, I can do it again. ❤️ • And if I mess up?
