Stressed at Work? Here’s How I Cope!

Ugh, work drama and stress? 😅 I’ve been there, and it’s the worst! But I’ve learned a few tricks to keep my sanity (and maybe even enjoy my job again 🙈). Here’s what’s worked for me: • I speak up (nicely!) when something’s bugging me—no more stewing in silence! • I use “I” statements to avoid blame and keep things chill. • I lean on my work buddies for support—lunch breaks = therapy sessions ❤️ • I keep notes if things get serious (hello, paper trail!) • I talk to my boss if I’m drowning in work or need help growing in my role. • I take care of myself: healthy snacks, water, and quick walks keep me sane. • I set boundaries, especially when working from home—my couch isn’t my office! Work problems don’t have to take over your life. We’ve got this! Just remember: Speak up, take care of yourself, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
