Every time my husband takes the kids out, he never mentions where they’re headed. At first, I brushed it off as his way of keeping things spontaneous. But as time goes on, I find myself feeling uneasy and left out of their adventures. I trust him, but there’s a part of me that wishes I could be included in the little details—like where they’re going or what they’re up to.
