How I REALLY Found Out My Baby’s Gender!

Staring at that blurry ultrasound, I had NO clue what I was looking at—just a jumble of shapes! 😅 Here’s what actually helped me figure out my baby’s gender (and what I wish I’d known sooner): 🔹 Ask the tech to walk you through the screen. I literally said, “Can you show me what you’re seeing?” and it made everything less confusing! 🔹 Try the “nub theory” around 12 weeks. Our tech explained the little nub angle—up means boy, down means girl. It was like a secret code! 🔹 Don’t stress if you can’t see anything. At our first scan, the baby was doing gymnastics and the tech couldn’t tell. I was bummed, but it’s totally normal. 🔹 At 20 weeks, look for the obvious (or not-so-obvious) parts. I thought I spotted a penis…turns out it was a finger. 🙈 Oops! 🔹 Ask about 3D/4D ultrasounds, but know they’re not always necessary (and can be pricey!).
