I used to find so much comfort in meditation, but after being sexually assaulted, it’s become a source of pain. Every time I try to meditate now, flashbacks rush in and overwhelm me. Yoga has been my anchor for over a year, and I’m grateful for my therapist, though I won’t see her for another two weeks.
