Should You Really Take Baby Aspirin?

Turns out, popping a daily baby aspirin isn’t the heart-health hack we thought it was! Docs now say it’s not recommended for most people to prevent a first heart attack or stroke—especially for women. The risk of bleeding can actually outweigh the benefits. But if you’ve already had a heart event, your doc might still suggest it. Bottom line: don’t DIY your aspirin routine—talk to your doctor first! #HeartHealth #Aspirin #Wellness #HealthNews #Health

Wouldn't it be good as a blood thinner for clot avoidance? I hear the vaxxed take a daily 81mg. baby aspirin with their daily vitamins as a safety protocol.

Just be careful when u get over 70 it leads to easy bruising for seniors. Since aspirin stays in system for four days consider taking it every 2 days instead
