Tired All the Time? It Might Be This

Ever feel wiped out, look a little pale, or notice your nails breaking for no reason? Turns out, these "harmless" symptoms could actually be signs of iron deficiency anemia—a blood issue that affects over a billion people! Women, vegans, and folks with chronic illnesses are especially at risk. The fix could be as simple as a blood test and some iron supplements (or even IV iron if pills mess with your stomach). Don’t just brush off that fatigue—your body might be trying to tell you something! #HealthTips #IronDeficiency #Wellness #AnemiaAwareness #Health

this issue is going on with me for the last couple years, not sure why.but I noticed that my body feels SO HEAVY, like there is extra strong gravity, sometimes it's really hard just to walk in the next room. very strange. I don't know if it has anything to do with low iron

A few years ago I went to the eye Dr because I was seeing a spot in my vision. Turns out I had severe anemia. I just thought my tiredness was from my job.

Used to take iron pills, but the pills put too much pressure on it gi system, and I couldn't even crap. After 2 months Dr.stopped me, and a month later, I finally got it out of my system.

I had a severe efficiency of iron. So bad I needed a blood transfusion and an iron infusion. I was going at least once a month for iron iv. oh and I had a real bad problem of wanting ice all the time. That's sort of a pica symptom.

After 3 years of misdiagnosis', surgeries, procedures, diets, continuous high white blood cells (29,000 or higger) and continuous high platelets, I'm now being sent to a hematology oncologist. I'm scared.

It is no joke how tired you get, how weak you become, and how frustrating it is. 6 years of battle and infusions are my friend. Fired my doctor for not taking action or listening. got a hematologist on the case and it’s much better. it comes down to sleep, if you don’t sleep well your body does not make your blood correctly. Advocate for yourself and get some answers!
