Lately, anxiety has been a constant companion—I catch myself biting my tongue, the inside of my mouth, and struggling to focus on anything. For weeks, even sitting down to meditate felt impossible. I could barely manage 15 seconds before negative thoughts pulled me away. But today, I made it to 3 minutes. It might not sound like much, but those small steps are adding up.
