It’s been 12 days since I quit meth. I still feel a bit paranoid and honestly, motivating myself to do anything besides laying in bed or trying to clean is tough. But my mind is clearing up, and I’m learning to just go with the flow. If I can do this, so can you—don’t sell yourself short. Recovery feels impossible at times, but every day counts. The isolation and depression are real, and missing my friends hurts most. Sometimes I wonder if they think I’m still using or just don’t want me around. All I can do is take it one day at a time. If you relate, share your story or drop a word of encouragement below. Let’s support each other. 💬 #SpiritualRecovery #HealingJourney #OneDayAtATime #YouAreNotAlone #Spirituality
