We are emotional creatures. For the last couple of months, my mood was on a steady decline, and I finally found the culprit—it was the media I was consuming. Stop listening to songs that make you sad. Remove those YouTube videos from your playlists that remind you of painful moments and old traumas. They are triggers. Remove anything that drags you back to who you were or how much you hurt. The past belongs in the past.
