Insurance Rep Gave Wrong Info, Huge Bill Now

Was told by my insurance rep that my hospital was in-network. Turns out, it wasn’t. Had my baby there and now I’m stuck with a massive bill I never expected. I double-checked everything, but trusted what they said on the phone. Now insurance says it’s my responsibility. Honestly, it’s overwhelming and feels so unfair.
