did my boyfriend just betray me or am i overreacting big time?

So, I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 23. We’ve been together for almost a year and things have been pretty great. But recently, I shared something super personal with him—something I really didn’t want anyone else to know. I trusted him completely. Then, out of nowhere, his sister texts me about it. Turns out, he told his entire family my secret. I feel so exposed and embarrassed. He says he didn’t think it was a big deal, but it was huge to me. Now I don’t even want to see his family, and I’m not sure how to talk to him about this without making things worse. Has anyone else been through something like this? How do I move forward?
