is it crazy to protect my dog more fiercely than people?

not trying to start drama, just putting this out there. i realized my little shiba always comes first for me — no debate. if someone, even family, hurt her even a little, i know i’d lose it. like, full-on anger, no second thoughts. it’s not that i hate people, it’s just...she's pure, she's never betrayed me, and she trusts me with her whole heart. maybe that’s why it feels so different? anyone else feel this way too? 🐾 #doglove #familyboundaries
