Rethinking the American Dream

I swear the older I get, the more I realize that the so-called 'American Dream' isn't even remotely achievable on an average income. Seriously, buying a home? Feels like a fantasy. Vacation? Doubt it. Hell, even the simplest joys feel like luxuries now. My paycheck seems to disappear faster than I can blink. How is anyone supposed to save? Or plan for the future? It's frustrating. Feels like we're all stuck in this endless cycle of work, sleep, repeat—but for what, really? At this point, I'm just trying to make it month to month, and quite honestly, it makes me wonder if this is all really worth it.
