Sam’s Club Ditches Checkouts—Smart Move?

This stinks a lot of people won’t shop there because of this it was bad when they had self checkout and no one to help you and now when you walk out it scans your cart the only thing they are all doing is is getting rude of people and mainly putting robots instead of people just got to stop and bring back the people and get rid of the robots out of there, including self checkouts, and the thing that scans your car and he walk out the door. This needs to go back to the old way not the new way.

Sam's club Scan and Go is easy to use, I like using it for faster check out and your receipt is in your purchase history within the App, as well as in your Gmail. I believe the reason for the change is stop the misused of the card by unauthorized person's.

When they do that I will not go to Sam’s. I think it’s going to really hurt the company.

Sam's club is looking at the convenience to customers to get out the door, but not looking at financial safety by wanting people to use a smart phone. To link financial information to a phone is to many hackers. Convenience over Safety.
