Verizon’s Price Hikes: Smart Move or Self-Sabotage?

Verizon just lost nearly 300,000 postpaid phone customers in one quarter—ouch. Their recent wave of price hikes on legacy unlimited plans and reduced autopay perks clearly didn’t sit well with users. Meanwhile, AT&T and T-Mobile are gaining ground. Is Verizon’s three-year price lock enough to win trust back, or is the damage done? Would you stick with a carrier that keeps raising rates, or is it time to jump ship? Let’s debate! #Verizon #WirelessWars #TechDebate #MobilePlans #ConsumerChoice #Tech

Verizon is not the company it used to be been with them 22 years now they have the highest rates out there .Got new phones few months ago they advertised buying back your old phones and giving credit they said I would get 400 dollars for my old phones in credit but never got it that was months ago they lied to get people to buy new phones they just give the run around on it .

Verizon is not truthful. One is lucky if they can speak to a live customer service representative. And when you do get one, you get a person that can hardly speak English and understand. I called the other day about a charge on my bill and it took them over an hour to give me an answer.

Verizon is a selfish corporation. They charge all kinds of stupid nonsensical fees to do business with them as soon as my phone is paid for I’m going prepaid. I’m tired of this.

I've been with Verizon for over 25 yrs but enough is enough. we switched to Consumer Cellular a month ago, we're now paying less than half of Verizons bill. Great service, never going back.

I switched to Spectrum mobile. I was paying $77 a month. I paid off my I phone and I get the service for free for a year. $30 a month after that. I added my daughter for $30 a month. A no brainer. I had Verizon for years. All they did was raise prices.

Verizon’s only concern is making money. They’ll use any excuse to make a buck. They don’t care about any customers on a personal level.

Hope they collapse and end in bankruptcy. Fraud and lies are the foundation of Verizon. Fall to ruin.
