When rules just make no sense!

So get this: I’m working a crazy 12-hour shift in the ER. Barely keeping my eyes open, patients coming in non-stop, and what does hospital admin decide to ding me for? Wearing a damn yellow scrunchie. Yeah, you heard that right. Apparently, it’s “not part of the uniform.” I’m running around trying to save lives, and you’re worried about a freakin’ hair tie? The scrunchie saved me precious seconds not having to fix my hair every five minutes. I thought being a nurse was about, being good at my freakin’ job and not turning into a fashion victim.
