UnitedHealthcare: Why So Hated? 😤

Alright, so I’ve been seeing mad rants about UnitedHealthcare online… denied claims, 2-hour hold times, docs ghosting networks overnight. But is it REALLY that bad? My cousin’s plan just rejected her MRI—after her doc ordered it. WTF?! She’s literally limping around waiting. Meanwhile, their app’s stuck in 2009 and their reps sound like robots reading a script.
