Choose a high salary? Choose a good team atmosphere?

Guys, I just started this new job a few months ago, and suddenly I received another amazing new offer with a salary increase of 20k. 🎉 Wow! But does it make me look unreliable to change jobs so early? I love my current job - the team is great, and I'm just getting started. But then again, 20k is a lot of money, right? Ugh, I'm torn! It feels good that someone thinks I'm worth more, but doesn't loyalty also matter? Does anyone who has been through this have any advice?
