🚨 Southwest Shake-Up Alert!

Guys, Southwest Airlines is making some big changes that aren't great for budget travelers like us! 🛫 They've ditched their 'travel credits never expire' policy. Now, if you're flying on a basic economy fare, your credits vanish in just 6 months from buying the ticket. So, buying early? If you cancel after 6 months, poof, credits gone! 😲 Feels like a major bummer for those of us who buy cheap flights way in advance. What do you all think? Are they losing their budget-friendly edge? #SouthwestAirlines #TravelChanges #BudgetTravel #Spirituality

Just like every other company these days. They start with a leadership that care about people and when those leaders are gone the younger generation and leadership only care about profit and how much money they can make. Greed and lack of caring for those they service. The younger leaders don’t care about people. If you take just 100 customers that fly SW because of the perks, then the company takes away the perks and charges more, and they lose those 100 customers to other airlines, what have they gained?

For 17 yrs I have been a south countermeasure. Loved the low fares and 2 bags free. That was a trade off I didn't mind by the Xtra long ride home. Up to 4 hrs longer to get home from places I flew with south west. So it looks like I'll be looking for direct flights and get home 4 hrs earlier. Sorry Southwest. It looks more like share holder and investor greed.

There is a greedy, moronic activist shareholder group that is behind these changes; it doesn't care about quality of service or the other travel-friendly characteristics that have distinguished Southwest. I am now likely to reduce my travel with Southwest in favor of other airlines.

Southwest aspires to become just like all the legacy airlines. Charge for everything, forget the customer, take away any of the perks that made the airline different. I'm one of their frequent flyers. And after they make all these changes, there'll be no reason for me to fly on their airline. I can fly on anybody's airline and be treated bad.

The CEO and Southwest Airlines marketing department are flying the airline straight into bankruptcy.

This really makes me sad and angry. It was because of their policies and low prices that I flew southwest. It made the special. Now they’re just like every other airline. I’ll be shopping for the cheapest flights now

Obviously, these companies don't realize that people still have choices... They can change their policies and the buisness will tank after a bit... there is more than one company in every entity... which allows choices.. These companies really are playing themselves out of position!🌸
