real estate rich but retirement confused

Anyone else have 75% of their net worth tied up in property? 🏠 I'm so confused about retirement planning! We've got our home plus two rentals that have skyrocketed in value, but all the retirement calculators focus on 401ks and investments. If I need $3M to retire comfortably, can most of it be in real estate? Or am I totally missing something here? Would love your thoughts! #retirementplanning #realestateinvesting #financialindependence
