Since there are scholarships involved already, I say cap NIL at $50,000 a year. I mean, they're already getting a full ride anyway so basically the NIL is just walking around money.

Cut their scholarship. These kids think they're entitled now without the scholarships they wouldn't even be in school well the majority anyway

bring back the old rules of transfer. Setting out a year, but this go round make it a rule regardless the school or division.

NIL was a big mistake. I believe if they keep it, the money should be pooled and split evenly among the players. The team is not made up of one player. Let’s see how good the QB or RB would be without the rest of the players protecting them.

They already get scholarships, and now being paid to play a sport. They are just starting out in life and need to prove themselves first. Who do you think is going to pay all these athletes? The college so the one's they pay will be coming out of you or your pockets.

Their should be ceiling caps. Each year meaning Freshman, sophomore etc etc, should have levels in each group. As those level are obtained a player advances. Players should have to earn their funding through hard work and dedication.Yes some players will be more advanced than others, which should put them at different levels, which should be an incentive to work harder.

There should be a NIL tiered cap. Three tiers - tier #1 capped at say $1 Mil tier #2 capped at $500k tier#3 capped at $250k - All others have to be under $100k

if they sign a contract they should have to fulfill the contract agreement and if someone wants him or her ,they should have to pay what the college wants, like the professionals, trades and free agency

If the are getting NIL deals they should have to pay for their education. Offer athletic scholarships to people that need them. Reinstitute the previous transfer rule of having to set out a full year. NIL and current transfer portal is killing college football.
