He became an all-star when he had them as PGs. He is not a bonafide leader. He had the Wizards as his own team and couldn't win or lead. When he had experienced players and champions, he ran them off. let's not forget all the times he is injured. I don't wish him no bad luck, but Beal is not that dude! He is an asset but also a liability...good player, not great!
