Yes you can wake up on day and decide. I don't wanna be fat anymore. HOWEVER, her steady DRAMATIC weight loss screems (meds) Its.not a big deal taking them but it's a bit deceptive to say 100% lifestyle and diet change..No faults at all just hard work and diet...NOT buying it! she looks good though
