Help! My team won't stop the drama

Managing a young team and I'm so confused about handling their personal conflicts? Yesterday two associates had a blow-up that ended in tears, and now everyone's taking sides. Do I just address the unprofessional behavior or is there more I should do? I want a drama-free workplace but gossip seems inevitable.
