walmart's bold move to keep top talent

Walmart CEO says paying star managers over $620,000 yearly helps them "feel like owners." It's a move to cut attrition and boost morale. Walmart topped the Fortune 500 and Best Companies to Work For lists, proving money talks! 💸 #Walmart #Careers #Leadership #Business

every damn associate that endures ten or 20 years at this place deserves a bonus not just store employees that's just a slap in the face to all other associates who have stayed here for years

Associates suffer from cut hours. Bonus and raises never amount to anything because hours are cut. No union, no holidays pay. Managers may feel good with salary. Walmart sucks

yeah, great for management, but how do the workers who only got a 2% raise and are seeing their hours cut this spring feel about flaunting this move.

That $625K includes about $400K in bonuses that their ENTIRE store help them get yet they keep all the money to themselves. Seems that it would be a boost in morale if they would find a way to share the money that the store earned him such as a catered meal every quarter that they get their $100K bonuses. I can imagine that say at even $20 per employee at the most it would be under $10K which would still leave him around $50K after the 40% tax on the bonus. You can bet the "move to boost morale" is only meant for the store managers unless the show their appreciation to the employees.

Yes if it's wasn't for the associates working as hard as we do you people wouldn't have what you got. You all need to take care of the associates frist.

How about paying us associates more money than your manager and some other employees we're the one's doing the hard work especially the one's who stock the shelves overnight

Wtg managers. Get what you deserve. Your employees could of had that also if they would of worked harder.
