Is balancing work hours unprofessional?

I stick to my 8-hour workday, but if meetings run late, I adjust my schedule accordingly. Is it wrong to leave early the next day to balance it out? I value my time and believe in fair work-life balance. What do you think? #WorkLifeBalance #CareerAdvice #TimeManagement
