dealing with section 8 tenant nightmares

Bought a house with a promise of a vacant unit, but a Section 8 tenant refuses to leave! No rent due to failed inspections and they won't allow repairs. Section 8 hotline is useless. Losing my mind! Any advice? #Section8 #LandlordRights #TenantTroubles
