House Haunting Plog

House hunting day! Viewed two properties on opposite sides of the lake - I can literally see one from the other's backyard! The 2022 build (3100sqft + unfinished basement) looks impressive with its 0.5 acre lot, but honestly? The materials and appliances are way lower quality than the older house across the water. Reminder that newer isn't always better! #RealEstateReality
