The court ordered the November SNAP benefits released today. The second the money hit my card, I was at the store. Did I buy fresh vegetables? No. I bought 30 cans of tuna, 20 cans of beans, and two massive bags of rice. Why? Because I don't trust the system anymore. This shutdown taught me one thing: they can turn off the tap whenever they want. I'm not worried about a "balanced diet." Divided we fall

Why shouldn't the working poor get help? They pay taxes and who benefits? Corporations get bailouts, foreign countries get foreign aid, and war-ravaged countries get billions that come back to buy more war materials from the military industrial complex which in turn helps stockholders. Many who are politicians. But helping the ordinary citizen is out of the question. When is the right going to realize that both the right and the left have a common enemy .GREED of the few is keeping citizens divided so they can continue to get richer while we fight among ourselves.

There is far more happening around us than what is immediately visible & understanding that distinction separates observers from leaders. What we see on the surface is often curated, filtered or incomplete, while the real forces shaping outcomes move quietly beneath it. Awareness requires discipline, patience & the willingness to question what is presented as “normal.” Not everything loud is important & not everything important announces itself. Growth begins when you learn to read between moments, not just react to them. Those who move with intention understand that timing, alignment, and silence carry weight. Power isn’t always found in control, but in clarity. The ability to recognize patterns others overlook creates an undeniable advantage. When you sharpen your perception, your decisions change and so does your trajectory. Not everyone deserves food stamps.

There are people who actually need them. Anyone disabled, the elderly, the terminally ill, vulnerable adults, veterans (who are physically or mentally impaired) and children should get the food stamps. Americans are fat and need to quit eating. If you are an able bodied adult who can work no I don’t want you to get food stamps. If an able bodied adult who works, who has children, who cannot afford groceries then they can get food stamps for their children only. All children matter and no child deserves to be hungry. I’m more than happy to let my taxes feed children. Drug addicts should not have food stamps or kids.

Wow!! Sounds like people are just full of hate, mad that they work for what they got while others don’t/ can’t!! Everyone’s situation is different! Why can’t people just live their lives the way they choose without the constant hate! There is fraud, there’s fraud in everything people do, Trumps buisnesses are famous for it, therefore judging people and taking away benefits that just help them to eat is just sad to me, I work with poverty level families, every situation is different, but I hear so many complaining that they know people who cheat the system and don’t report it, than that’s part of the problem, weed out the ones that don’t qualify for it because of false eligibility claims but, what they are doing will hurt so many families and elderly and disabled, that hurts my heart because I see their daily struggles, it’s not pretty to live in poverty people💕
