Adopted and Returned 5 Times—Still Hopeful

Watching a dog grow old in a shelter is truly heartbreaking. You can’t help but wonder how their lives might have been different if someone had given them a chance. Luna, a gentle Pittie mix, is one of those dogs. Saved from the euthanasia list, this lovely girl spent most of her life in a Kansas rescue, longing for a family of her own. Sadly, despite being adopted by five different people, she was always returned…and her heart broke each time. #dogs
