The problem? My manager keeps passing me over for promotions that would actually help me reach my financial goals. Last week, they gave the senior role to someone with less experience just because they're buddies with the department head. I've been working overtime, taking on extra projects, but nothing seems to matter 😡 I'm starting to wonder if I should just quit and find somewhere that actually values hard work.
