How I Handled Bullies at School & Online

There was a time when I dreaded walking into school because of a few people who just wouldn’t let up. Here’s what actually helped me: ✅ I kept my cool. Instead of snapping back, I’d say something short and calm like, “That’s enough.” Then I’d walk away if they kept going. ✅ I avoided being alone. Hanging out with friends made me feel safer and less of a target. ✅ I saved any mean messages online and blocked the bullies. If things got serious, I told someone I trusted right away. ✅ I reached out for help. Talking to a counselor made a huge difference in how I felt about myself.
