The more I know about what’s involved, the less scary it feels. • I repeat a mantra that pumps me up. My fave: “I’ll find a way, or I’ll make one.” • I hang out with people who believe in me. Their support = instant confidence boost. • I visualize success—like, really picture it. It’s wild how much this helps! • I break big tasks into tiny chunks. 90 minutes at a time, then a break.
